We appreciate your interest in our products and will do our best to see that your testing needs are always met.
In addition to credit card purchases through our website, we accept orders via phone (1-850-727-8107) or fax (866-583-7413). Customers can provide purchase order #'s and we will happily ship products while providing a detailed invoice to be paid within 30 days of purchase. Should this method best suit your needs, please be sure to include the following information when preparing your order:

Shipping & Delivery
BioFront Technologies uses FedEx for all shipments. All products are sent via 2-business-day delivery unless otherwise requested. Standard shipping/handling charges apply.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is the purchaser's responsibility to check with the relevant Customs office to verify whether the receipt of this shipment is permitted. BioFront Technologies is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Upon review and approval from our technical support team, BioFront Technologies will honor any returns of merchandise deemed unsatisfactory by our customers. Processed returns will result in a store credit being issued for value equal to the cost of the product.
