Quinolones Sensitive ELISA kit
PRICE: $495.00
Description
Quinolones are used for prevention and treatment of animals having bacterial. Residues of quinolones will occur in foods from treated animals, so the procedure for using these antibiotics should be strictly observed to prevent contaminated foods reaching the consumer. Foods are examined for quinolone residues because they pose a hazard to consumers, possibly causing allergic reactions and the development of bacterial resistance. Ciprofloxacin is the marker residue for the fluoroquinolone, enrofloxacin. Extralabel use of any fluoroquinolone is prohibited by FDA in food-producing animals. Canada has established MRLs for enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin in the 0.02 to 0.4 ppm range pending on the drug or food matrix.
