GFP-tagged Yellow Fever-17D virus was used to infect Huh-7.5 (P33) cells for 48 hours. Cells were fixed and stained with BioFront's anti-YFV NS1 clone BF-077 @ 1:200 for 2 hours at RT. Secondary antibody (goat anti-mouse Alexa 594) was incubated for 30 minutes at @ RT. Left panel shows infection as identified by the BF-077 anti-YFV NS1 monoclonal antibody (red) and the right panel shows the overlap with the viral GFP tag.

Primary antibody was diluted 1:1000 and incubated overnight at 4 C while rocking. Secondary antibody (goat-anti-mouse IgG-HRP from Santa Cruz Biotech) was diluted 1:2000 and incubated 1 hour at RT. (-) = uninfected Huh 7.5 cell lysate; ( ) = YFV-infectedcelllysate collected 48-hours post-infection with Yellow Fevery-17D virus. Arrow points to 45kD band representing YFV NS1 protein.
